2024 Rates & Policies

Daily Rate including weekends: $225

Three  night minimum stay required Holidays: (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Columbus Day)
3 night minimum

Reservation deposit & payment:
To confirm a reservation, a deposit fee equal to 50% of the rent is due within four days of the verbal agreement.

Security:
$250 security fee will be returned upon departure

Cleaning fee:
$100 cleaning fee due two weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations cancelled 14 days prior to arrival will have deposit
refunded less a $25.00 processing fee.

Reservations made less than two weeks in advance requires a
payment in full in the form of a bank check.

No-shows will forfeit deposit.

Check-in 3:00 P.M. -- check-out 11:00 A.M.

 

Bringing Fido?

Well-behaved pets are warmly welcomed at no additional charge. Please let us know that you plan to bring your pet. Any damage done by your pet (inside or out) will be assessed against the security deposit.

Phone Service

There is no "landline" however there is cell service at the cabin. Doesn't everybody use cell phones these days?
